What's the job outlook?
Businesses rely on the expertise of their support staff more and more every day;
so job applicants who know their way around office technologies
and computer software have a competitive edge. Those that can provide
unbiased proof of their skills, in the form of industry-recognized
certifications, have the greatest potential for becoming a valuable
part of a business team. Official certifications reassure employers
that you have the know-how to be productive on the job.
What will I do with my education?
Graduates of Heald's Office Skills program pursue a variety of rewarding positions. It's the perfect program for someone entering the workplace for the first time, someone reentering the workplace after some time, or a current jobholder who wants to upgrade his or her skills.
This Certificate of Completion program prepares students to handle the two most
